I would just like to thank you for your wonderful bread, which I just discovered a few weeks ago. Well I have to tell you, I found it to be the best tasting bread I've tasted since I discovered I am Celiac, three years ago. Having grown up in Europe, I have always loved rather heavy whole grain breads such as Rye and pumpernickel, I found it difficult to find such breads made with gluten free flour. That is until I tasted yours. Sue,you are a god send. I also bought your hamburger buns today and I look forward to trying them this weekend. Thanks again.

I just wanted to send this email to say that I have been purchasing your gluten free high fiber flax bread, pizza crusts and soy chocolate chip cookies….. I was diagnosed with celiac disease almost 7 years ago and have never found pre-made gluten free products that are as delicious as yours. I know its sounds over the top but having products like that available changes the quality of my eating life!
Anyway, thanks again and I hope that those products will always be available and look forward to anything new you come out with.

Sue's gluten free products are amazing! I love the breads which are not only healthy to eat, but a great size compared to other small gluten free breads. Last but not least, it is impossible to eat just one of her chocolate chip cookies. There has been no comparison of gluten free life before and after meeting Sue.
